Founder & Principal Consultant, Boldly Inclusive
Christina is the Principal Consultant and Owner of Boldly Inclusive, a consulting and training firm specializing in diversity, equity and inclusion. Boldly Inclusive works with its clients to embed inclusion into strategic and operational planning, and in the design and development of programs and services.  Boldly Inclusive also offers capacity building training for organizations, and inclusive leadership coaching to individuals and groups.

As a professional educator, strategist and community engagement specialist, she has developed a unique skill set around designing, implementing and evaluating complex inclusion initiatives to address challenging social issues. Before Boldly Inclusive, Christina held the role of Diversity & Community Engagement Lead at Peel Children’s Aid Society, oversaw organizational and leadership capacity building at Peel Leadership Centre, and worked in partnership with public and private sector partners to foster economic inclusion among vulnerable populations at Prosper Canada.

Christina earned her MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University, with specializations in Organizational Development and Marketing. She also has a Master of Arts in Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto, with a focus on Critical Integrated Anti-Racism Education. Christina is a 2019 Certified Canadian Inclusion Professional.
